The theme for the day is community management of delirium with the opportunity to hear more about an upcoming opportunity to pilot a community delirium toolkit.

This event is in support of the delirium project that is part of the Dementia United programme. Dementia United is Greater Manchester’s programme of work that supports joined up working across the region.
Who should attend?
Health and care professionals working in the community with those more susceptible to delirium e.g. those with dementia or cognitive impairment, in long term care, who have a sensory impairment, who are over 65, who have multiple medical conditions.
The event will aim to raise awareness of delirium in the community and recruit appropriate teams to pilot an urgent community response when delirium is suspected.
