Join us at a virtual testing workshop, where we’ll walk you through the digital version of the pathway and invite comments and feedback.
Supported by over 200 people living with dementia, their care partners, clinical professionals, and voluntary and community sector services; we have co-produced the Greater Manchester Dementia Care Pathway which sets out what support and services people living in Greater Manchester should expect to receive.
These workshops are for people living with dementia, family members, health and social care staff, commissioners, voluntary services and anyone with an interest in finding out more.
The workshop dates and times are below. Each workshop will be in identical format, so please attend which ever date and time is most convenient for you.
