Prof Jan Oyebode will open the session speaking about the Angela Project that looked at how post-diagnostic support for people living with young onset dementia can be improved.
This will be followed by a panel discussion between Greater Manchester colleagues who offer bespoke support, on what works well, what are the challenges and how we might begin to address these.
