We’ve collated information on the different diagnostic pathways and post diagnostic support offers across Greater Manchester

As the first step in this work, we’ve mapped out in detail the different referral pathways, assessment processes, service staffing, and initial post diagnostic support offers available across Greater Manchester.  The report includes a spotlight on innovation and outlines several recommendations.  It is now available: Greater Manchester Pathways to Dementia Diagnosis and Post Diagnostic Support

This is part of our ongoing work to improve the experience and quality of dementia diagnosis across Greater Manchester.  The project group continues to meet regularly and will now start to work on the recommendations of this report.  Dementia United are also working with partners to progress the second stage of this work.
