Dementia United in partnership with Oldham libraries are inviting you to find your creative voice at our Zine workshop to share your lived experience of delirium
Friday 1st July, 1:00 – 3:30
Oldham Library, Greaves Street, Oldham, OL1 1AL
We have moved the date of the creative workshop, to enable more of you to be able to join us
You’ll be able to produce your own personal Zine booklet to capture your experiences of delirium. Zine booklets (an individually designed publication) provide a safe space for you to freely express yourself through art, words, and thoughts. You’ll be invited to share your booklet with others to help raise awareness and support others.
If you’d like to find out more about the history of Zines (they’ve been around since the 1930s!) this is an informative website
Eligible participants will:
- Have personal experience of delirium
- Or have supported a family member with delirium
- And live in Greater Manchester
