Dementia United’s delirium webinars and in-person events
We’ve hosted annual webinars and in-person events for World Delirium Awareness Days, as well as at other times of the year, since 2018. We’ve provided links below to the webinars and events, including any slides and resources that were shared at the events.
World delirium awareness day is an annual event held in March to raise awareness about delirium and its impact on patients, families and health care staff and systems www.deliriumday.com/
In-person event: March 12th 2025 covering the following topics:
- What delirium is and how to manage it
 - Stories from people with lived experience
 - NHS Greater Manchester’s system taking delirium forward as a priority area
 - Good practice examples from Greater Manchester localities with Stockport showcasing their successful community pathway and toolkit implementation
 - Unique opportunity to hear from international colleagues from Singapore
 - Workshops exploring how we improve delirium assessment and management in the hospital and community
